The Center of Strategic Studies is unique. We operate under special circumstances and have special needs. CSS was formed as representing the interests of the international defense industry across the world and truly encompassing all aspects of defense Operations from purchasing to maintenance, logistics to strategic management dedicated to maximizing the performance of individuals and organizations.
Aiming to reinforce and promote best practice and high standards in the industry, the institute is an impartial organization offering services internationally in support of businesses and professionals within the industry.
Our approach to training and development is designed to ensure that our participants become capable of adopting up-to-date skills to work in today’s modern, diversified economies across the widest range of Industrial and Service sectors. We are committed to continuous improvement in our training standards and practices through cooperation with distinguished local, regional and international universities in addition to achieving more foreign accreditation by internationally qualified bodies.

CSS offers qualifications with a uniquely flexible format enabling industry professionals to tailor studies specifically to achieving personal objectives and gaining internationally recognized qualifications. CSS can provide accreditation and certification, acting as an endorsement of the courses you provides; upon completion of a course, participants will receive a CSS certificate in recognition of their participation in the program.

Asia e University (AeU)
Asia e University (CSS partnered with AEU that offering diploma and degree program)
AeU is a collaborative multinational university set up under the auspices of the Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD). Established as an initiative of Malaysia, AeU is supported by thirty three (33) ACD member countries. The member countries leverage on AeU’s e-education platform to increase higher education accessibility for all and narrow the digital divide. Through our shared collective expertise and strategic linkages with our numerous educational partners, AeU delivers program that are imbued with the goals of flexibility, quality and relevance to provide a truly personalized learning experience for all. Being a collaborative multinational university, AeU is leveraging on Thrust 5 of the National Higher Education Strategic Plan of Malaysia (2008) through; collaborative networking by engaging international teaching staff and advocating for student mobility via the Asian Credit Transfer System (ACTS). As a spearheading institution of choice in the new wave of learning, we are the major catalyst in promoting e-education in Asia.
University of Malaya (UM)
University of Malaya – University of Malaya Centre for Continuing Education (UMCCed)
UMCCed is an academic Centre of Responsibility (CoR) under the University of Malaya Chancellery which was established in 1998, specifically to pioneer the concept of
“Lifelong Education” by offering various educational and training programs for all levels of society. These programs include Diploma and Executive Diploma, Professional Certificates and short courses in various fields. At the international arena, UMCCed also provides training opportunities to overseas participants through study tours and short courses tailored specifically to the needs of participants. In reliance on UM expertise and capabilities, Center of Strategic Studies has collaborate in offering and delivery of training programme namely Certificate of Completion in Human Resource Management.
Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF)
HRDF vision to future-proof the economic transformation of Malaysia through the country’s most valuable asset – its people – defines its purpose at work, every single day. HRDF are governed by the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act 2001 (PSMB Act 2001) and under the purview of the Ministry of Human Resources, Malaysia to catalyse the development of current and future workforce to support Malaysia’s vision of becoming a high-income economy. In line with our vision, HRDF significantly provide training and up-skilling interventions to key industries in Malaysia in keeping up with the fast evolving business landscape and their individual company aspirations. CSS is certified with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
ITLab (M) Sdn Bhd
An established ICT System integrator and research center for advanced ICT technology in Malaysia since 1993. ITLAB specializes in system developments, training and systems integrators functions. Currently, the prime contractor undertaking Ministry of Defense Malaysia Inventory Management Systems. ITLab has successfully provided training in Database Design, RFID, Barcoding, Networking, System analysis, project management and many ICT related subjects to many government ministries in Malaysia.
